Definition of Section 1 of Sale of Goods Act According to the Government of India
Section 1 of Sale of Goods Act: Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the Sale of Goods Act, 1930.
(2) It extends to the whole of India.
(3) It shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 1930.
